My background
Business is always about people.
I've worked with businesses at very different stages of their journey — from early growth and international expansion to established organisations looking to improve performance or change direction.
Along the way I've held senior commercial and operational roles, worked alongside boards and business owners, and supported organisations through independent advisory assignments. Much of my experience has been in fitness and leisure, with more recent work in NHS primary care.
I enjoy understanding what makes a business tick, bringing the right people together and finding practical ways forward. I value straight conversations, trust and doing what I say I'll do.
And outside work, family and friends matter enormously. There's more to life than a job title.

More recently, I've brought that commercial and operational experience into NHS primary care, working on organisational change, financial oversight and practical improvements to how a practice operates.
